Facebook Page

Hi, everyone!

I wasn't very active on this blog lately, I was working on my portfolio, and finally created a Facebook Page, so if you really want to keep in touch with my art, I invite you to follow me on Facebook. My page is very new and I am planing on being mostly there, being as active as I can. So if you will ever decide to like me on Facebook, I would appreciate that tremendously.

Voucher design

I was asked by 'Star-shop' (Csillagbolt) to design a voucher. Star-shop is a hungarian-romanian web-shop where you can buy books with the best prices so far, but not only. If you speak hungarian and don't know where to buy books on a low budget, this is place is for YOU!  Like it on facebook :)

This illustration is a commission I did for a very lovely couple, it was made in Adobe Illustrator. I hope you like it! Have a nice day/weekend!

In June, I had the opportunity to travel to Rome and met some wonderful people. It was amazing ... I can't really describe it. Rome is a very big city and I can't believe I've been there, haha. Here are some photos I took while I was there:

Buona giornata!

The reason why I haven't posted anything for a while

Sorry for the lack of the content on my blog lately. I am very busy at the moment and I really hope I can show you later what I'm working on right now (it's very exciting). So I'm posting this food photo, because I love cooking, and I think I will upload more - not too personal, but - not so art related images/posts too like: recipe/food, diy, etc. I think it would make this blog more fun to read. And I will keep my other blog more serious, check it out: gyongyibalogh.wordpress.com

(Please do tell me what do you think would improve my blog, btw?)

The recipe for breaded and stuffed mushrooms with potato:
Total time: 1 hour - 1 hour and 30 minutes

- mushrooms
- eggs
- flour
- paprika
- cottage cheese
- ham
- pickles
- potato
- parsley
- oil
- salt

Wash the potatoes and boil them. Do the same with mushrooms but don't forget to peel them first, keep their cups and cut out some parts so there will be enough space to place the filling inside.
The filling is very easy to prepare. Slice the paprika, some pickles, the ham in very tiny pieces and mix them together with cottage cheese. (It's not even necessary to add salt or anything else, but If you'd like to, don't hold back)
After you've managed to boil the mushrooms and prepare the filling you will need to put aside the mushrooms to get a bit dry. Prepare the flour and beat up some eggs. Don't forget to add salt to the mushrooms and eggs.
Start adding the filling into the mushroom cups, when you're done you're ready to cook them. Spin them in the flour, then put it in the eggs and cook/fry them in hot oil.
Slice the boiled potato; put some washed and chopped parsley in very little hot oil. Cook them for about 1 minute and pour it on the potato. Add some salt and mix them.
Serve it with sour cream and pickles.

For better results and healthier cooking use extra virgin olive oil (which I haven't this time, unfortunately), and don't use too many types of spices. (I personally don't like them, but some of them are healthy too) Use sea salt, it's healthier.
I haven't measured all the ingredients, so I don't know how many eggs I used and so ... Sorry for that, I think it's easy to guess and it depends on the quantity of the food you'd like to prepare. If you've prepared this too, please tell me about it.

I wish you a nice weekend!

This is a video I've created of our little doggy, called Sophie. She's the most hyperactive dog in the world; curious, cute, naughty and adorable. Very lovely tiny creature
